"We really like this hotel. It is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We usually have dinner at Paducah Beer works, and it's great. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was wonderful. Will definately stay again."

"Streaming on TV needs to be checked out. Super Bowl was very difficult to watch. Many buffering problems and interference during the game . Channel 3 Fox"

"Upon arrival/ check in, I was informed that I didn’t have reservations and the hotel was full. After much debate and presenting my itinerary, they mystically found my reservation and presented a room key. Much to my surprise upon entering room , someone else’s luggage was unpacked and laying on bed. Went back to front desk and they couldn’t figure out how that was possible. Eventually I did get to another room and the rest of the stay was uneventful. "

"Good stay but a little misleading on restaurant in Expedia. Weird snack bar food and when I saw who was manning the snack bar, opted to walk down the street."

"Staff was kind, helpful and informative. Due to a water issue I had to change rooms. Staff was super apologetic and helpful with the move. Just an unexpected , everyone was very professional!!"

"Very nice for a quick stop over. The musty smell is hard to get pass. Just smells old. But it was clean. Bed slept well. "

"There were enough broken items that it raised concerns. 1. The elevator door slammed hard as it closed, which might be dangerous and was definitely noisy in my room near the elevator. 2. An outside door could be opened without a key card, raising questions of safety. 3. They couldn’t create a new key card for the room because the key machine was broken. So they gave me a master key to the room. Is this safe for me and other guests?"
